Based On Type Ul02152 Irfpa Portable Infrared Thermometer

There are two functions that are infrared imaging and infrared thermometry in thermal infrared imager whice get thousands of temperature information, especially Relative temperature information from infrared image at once. Its capabilities of real time measurement and non-contact make thermal infrared imager widely used in military and civil fields such as fire alarm, safety protection, infrared guidance,power station monitoring,satellite remote sensing and medical treatment.The article is Mainly for the engineering of thermal infrared imager which takes UL02152as the core and fills the bill of owcost and cost-effective.Based on the hardware platform of thermal infrared imager,infrared radiation basic law and Radiation response of UL02152,The article Builds the model of infrared temperature measurement,which reduces the influence factors that are distance,environmental radiation,emissivity,electrical specification of FPA. For the function of self-correcting, it adds a mechanism which consist of Motor and flap to the thermal infrared imager when the functions of boot screen and display frame when imager is self-correcting are good to the thermal infrared imager. To improve the quality of IR picture which is with information lossing and blanching with time,IR picture is worked with neighborhood alternative of blind and self-gaining. In the thermal infrared imager,the menu is a secondary menu which includes a lot of functions such as hold,scan,thermometry of dot,thermometry of line,thermometry of regional and so on when the character display program is reinstalled.The development and evaluation of LCD touch screen are researched for the displaying of thermal infrared imager.The timing and configuration of registers have been implemented successfully,and the coordinates of touch position of touch screen has been measured with ADS7843.These works are the foundation of subsequent LCD displaying thermal infrared imager.
