Technology of Current Numerical Controller is made of technology of Mechanical Manufacturing, Computer Science, Modern Control, Sensor Examine, and Computer Network. It is the base of technology of current manufacturing. It brings great changes in the world of manufacturing.Now, study of Open Distributed Numerical Controller (ODNC) becomes the focus in the research of Numerical Controller System around the whole world. It is the newest development of Computer Numerical Controller. However, there are many unsolved problems during the implementation of ODNC, especially, Real-Time and open attributes of system.Based on technology of Distributed Real-Time Object and middleware, this paper presents the distributed Real-Time object model and Real-Time object model of ODNC. And it also discusses the functions and relations of each sub objects. Then this paper provides the solution in the develop environment of TAO/ACE/C++ which is the implementation of Real-Time Common Object Request Broker Architecture (RT-CORBA) and whole develop process is described in detail. Finally, an instance of the ODNC object model is given based on RT-CORBA.
