First of all, It is a visual analysis for flow state of vertical tube of gas-solid two-phase flow field food particles by using high-speed camera technology, this paper conducts image collection and gets continuous image information of vertical pipe gas-solid two-phase flow by using Phantom high speed digital camera. Use MATLAB graphical image processing technology, use threshold segmentation iterative method for the image processing, and image pretreatment and filtering for the collected image information. And at last image segmentation. Get sequence signal projected area ratio by calculating the black and white pixel ratio of the image segmentation. Discuss the relationship between different factors and black and white than pixels.Secondly, this thesis adopts F308-32AD Thirty-two points pressure measurement sistem of vertical pipe food particles in the air pressure、wind speed、the determination of air. The main purpose is that pneumatic conveying equipment provides the content of the reference value in the actual application, and combines with high speed camera system research in the influence of particle flow characteristics of tube, such as different diameter vertical lines, different transportation lengths, different kind of material and particles of the physical properties of their own factors, and the view of the transport food particles in the process of reducing food particles of mechanical damage. Effective improvement of the utilization rate of food particles proceed in depth study, and get the best critical wind velocity-suspension velocity by researching the influence of different factors. Provide the reference of selection of the lower limit of wind velocity of pneumatic conveying equipment and determination of the fan capacity. It has the important meaning in improving the field of grain circulation in the transmission efficiency and saving food resources.Several common food particles suspended speed was determined in the above two methods, analyzes the influences of the various factors on the effect of particle suspension speed, and carry on simulation studies of food particles suspended state by adopting the FLUENT. The analysis results show that the above methods get conclusion good agreement. Therefore the non-contact high number camera method is feasible. It is effective to reduce the malpractices in using contact measurement method in tube materials measurement results.
