With the constant development of expressway, the number of vehicles increasescontinuously, leading to the traffic accident happens often, damaged road propertycases occur frequently, so that the road administration work becomes more difficult,the original management means and the present development situation is already notsuitable, in order to promote the road management better, it puts forward the systemconstruction.This system will be based on the national highway road administrationregulations, by the means of the function of data processing, network technology,implementation of expressway work implementation of modern, scientific,standardized management provided by the management science and the computersystem. In order to meet the management needs for road outside and within theindustry, the system is divided into patrol management and interior management,patrol management including the six function modules: system management, roadpatrol, accident claims, non accident claims, dynamic traffic information, datasynchronization, within the industry including the four major functional modules:template maintenance management, patrol, claims,statistical analysis.This paper first introduces the research background, purpose and significance ofresearch and the structure of the paper; then analysis the system needs; finallydescribe the system about its key technology in detail, and describes the systemarchitecture design and implementation, including system structure, system structure,function module design, database design, system implementation, system test, systemapplication effect etc.. The system uses C/S and B/S structure combined with systemstructure, C#technology is chose as development technology, IIS as the Web server,SQL Server2005database is used as a background, the client adopts browser andmobile terminal equipment to complete.Afeter the highway mobile office management system is designed. implementedand application is normal system operated. The system achieves the efficientinformation management of the expressway, makes the standardization of theexpressway service system based data sound, data exchanging standard, acceleratesthe business processing efficiency,makes the collection, summary, analysis to the roadbusiness comprehensive data, provides auxiliary analysis method for managementdecision-making layer; improves the existing road the level of management andservice.
