Design And Application Of Local Tax Mobile Office System Based On APICloud

With the rapid development of the mobile web,office apps for mobile devices have been playing an important role in all walks of life.Nowadays,the mobile web is growing fast and the mobile devices are wildly used in our country.Under such circumstances,office automation(OA)will be an alternative way to solve the longstanding problems in tax authority,including the limited data sharing,impeded information transfer,low efficiency in processing,and difficulties in decision-making.The office automation(OA)introduced in this paper is specially designed for the local tax authority of Xi’an which is related to its existing information system and highly developed with the support of VPDN service from China Telecom.The office automation(OA)provide an all time and all places service to both the internal mobile devices users and the public users,including tax information inquiry,tax analysis,and transaction.It is a comprehensive platform with the aim of supporting the decision-making,the management,and serving the public.To design and develop the mobile office automation(MOA)for the local tax authority of Xi’an,we have systematically formulated a complete development process using the cross-platform development technique of the mobile devices,which is aimed at the own characteristic of the local tax authority.The mobile office automation(MOA)will not only improve the work efficiency of partitioners in local tax authority but also promote the transformation of a paperless office to an all time and all places office.And the 3A office concept(anytime,anypwhere,anything)will also become practical initially.Before we made our decision of choosing mixed development technology as the main method to develop the mobile office automation(MOA)for the local tax authority of Xi’an,an analysis focusing on both the needs towards the MOA and the feasibility of the project was run carefully.Besides,the study on the latest technique of developing apps for the different mobile operating system and the development of the most frequently used OA worldwide also helped us in the decision making.According to the analysis we did on functional and non-functional requirements toward to the mobile office automation(MOA),three different versions of the MOA for different users were launched,including the MOA for supervisor in which the tax information and the transaction can be monitored from time to time;the MOA for servants of local tax authority which has a complete tax information inquiry function;the MOA for taxpayers which not only provides the basic tax information inquiry service,but also can be used as an invoice detector.The development of the MOA and the database is supported by APICloud technique.With the connection of the mobile devices and the server,the main functions are well-implemented including information integration,remote management,and data analysis and processing.The mobile office automation has passed the test and the result shows that both its stability and reliability have reached the standard.As an innovation project of the local tax authority of Xi’an,the mobile office automation(MOA)which has the feature of quick response,high performance in practicality and stability has launched successfully.By using the mobile office automation(MOA)on their official duties,the servants of the local tax authority and law-enforcing officers can extract the tax information from their internal database conveniently and that makes their work more efficient.With the help of the mobile office automation(MOA),the longstanding problems in tax authority including the limited data sharing,impeded information transfer,low efficiency in processing,and difficulties in decision-making have been solved gradually.Meanwhile,the MOA create a modern way of working for the local tax authority,which is not limited to the single database and the fixed region.The faster the mobile web develops,the stronger the request towards to the function of the mobile office.In the future,we will firstly build up the security system for MOA,and keep upgrading it with the data from the data Application Platform of the local tax authority of Xi’an,including optimizing the system interface,improving its content and function.And more information related to decision-making,cruciality,and early-warning will be displayed in multiple ways to different users.The mobile office automation(MOA)will be a comprehensive working platform for the local tax authority of Xi’ an when it is installed wildly in the mobile devices.
