After years of development,2G,3G, WIFI technology has become more and moresophisticated,the4G-LTE as an emerging technology,we believe that will also be widely usedin the future.With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, the mobileterminal is no longer just phone calls,send and receive text messages, it has also become theInternet terminal.Everyday, we often see people use smart mobile devices, if they cancombine with mobile WIFI communication technology,people can watch TV programs whenthey are on the way to and from work.This article firstly introduced in the introduction part of a mobile phone from abroadstreaming media system development, and put forward the content and significance ofresearch papers and thesis statement of the organizational structure. Secondly, in the secondchapter, we introduce the key technologies associated with this article: Android system,streaming media servers,streaming media transmission technology (RTMP) and JUV RTMPClient and the technology to do the appropriate study and research. The third chapter in thearticle, about the system characteristics and design, the overall architecture design, and focuson the mobile interactive streaming media system features a detailed analysis of each anddescribes the design principles and principles. In the fourth chapter, this article will be dividedinto the client system and service system, introduced methods of its implementation, anddetailed analysis of the key code. Finally, in the fifth chapter it describes some of the systemand use, and in the sixth chapter of the text, summary and future work prospects.The research of mobile TV system based on Android, not only contains live television,video on demand, back to watching TV but also other streaming media services, including asearch of the local audio and video files, the user’s favorite functions, integrated sound andvideo call feature, this feature can not only stimulate the enthusiasm of the user, streamingmedia content to maintain user attention, but also save us a lot of mobile phone calls, thenhelp television broadcasting system, network TV operators and other video portals to improveproduction quality and content ratings.
