In recent decades,radar and communication technology have been made great progress,and have become an indispensable part of human daily life.However,with more and more wireless communication equipment,the remaining available spectrum range is more and more rare,and The system requires higher hardware integration,radar and communication independently complete their own work is far from enough.In order to alleviate these conflicts and solve these problems,dual-function radar-communications is produced with the development of the times.The key to realize the dual-function radarcommunications is to design the transmitting waveform,which will affect the system architecture,working mode and signal processing process.So how to design a good integrated waveform is the top priority.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the research of dual-function radar-communications the spatial domain signal processing,discusses the working principle of radar and communication respectively,Then the simulation experiment is completed.The work of this thesis is as follows:1.An integrated method based on coherent broadcast mode is proposed,which can be used for multi-user efficient communication in sidelobe area.It is pointed out that the design of dual-function radar-communications has three ideas: embedding communication information through weight vector,embedding communication information through waveform,and joint design of weight vector and waveform.This thesis studies the current measures of dual-function radar-communications based on beam pattern modulation.The communication performance is evaluated by system bit error rate and achievable bit rate,and the radar performance is evaluated by detection probability.Finally,The performances of radar and communication are simulated respectively.2.This thesis presents an integrated method based on waveform selection transmitting,which selects part of the waveform transmitting from the radar transmitting waveform.The existing radar communication integration methods based on waveform modulation and the formulas of radar and communication processing flow in MIMO radar model are studied,and their radar and communication working processes are analyzed respectively.It is pointed out that waveform arrangement and waveform selection are similar and can be integrated into a more efficient method.Finally,the performance of the dual function radar communication system based on waveform modulation is verified by simulation.3.This thesis proposes an integrated method based on user separation,expounds its principle and idea source,and deduces its implementation formula.The obtained SINR is an approximate value.Later,the signal power and interference power are constrained by intermediate variables,so that the received SINR can be greater than the threshold.A more accurate implementation method is obtained by modifying the formula.This thesis studies the joint beamforming method to realize the dual function radar communication system,analyzes the performance and simulation verification of the two antenna deployment methods,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.Finally,the superiority of the proposed method is verified by multi angle simulation.
