The Study And Implementation Of Text Code Recognition System

Mobile equipments are not only the sign of the times, but also the actual results of thedevelopment of science and technology and the crystallization of ideas of humancivilization. Mobile phone applications in e-commerce has been very many, such as MobleApply and Moble Taobao. But because of the varies of mobile phone models it is alwaysvery difficult on the recognition of message based on image recognition in mobile phone.Many business companies are seeking excellent solutions.In this thesis we developed a text code recognition software based on embeddedsystems from the point of view of research and application. Its aim is to directly get theimage of the message on the mobile phone. After some operations such as recognition,encoding and decoding, we can get the result of the message to identify its correctness. Thethesis has some points:1. Define the mapping scheme based on Reed-Solomon Algorithm;2.The methods to find the locators;3. Character Segmentation;4. The recogniton methodbased on template matching algorithm.After many tests on phones with diffirent models, the correct rate of this software is upto95%. Its characteristics meet all requirements.
