For thepetrochemical industry, the use of advanced management information system is a kindof trend to be imperative.PetroChina as the domestic petrochemical industry leading enterprises, theintroduction of advanced management information system have their own uniqueadvantages, this is in China and abroad with competitive advantages, integration ofvarious resources, the implementation of a comprehensive, systematic, with manydomestic and foreign enterprises are widely used and mature sales management system,thereby enhancing the profit from sales, reduce operating costs, improve the overallcoordinated operation ability, strengthen the enterprise in real management level, toensure that the core competitiveness has been strengthened. As a professional engagedin fuel oil, asphalt products sales subsidiary--fuel company,2009were identified forsale management system construction.On the oil companies to establish sales management information system as anexample, serious study and research of domestic petroleum sale enterprise salesinformation system management thought development process and specific informationsystem implementation steps, so as to reveal the petroleum sale enterprise salesmanagement software SAP R/3specific architecture, main function modules andfunctions of each module, at the same time, this paper will combine the fuel company inNorthwest branch business operation characteristics and situation of the networkconstruction, using petroleum sale business management knowledge, informationsystem and ERP client software technology combined with a large number of examplesand charts, reproduction of the petroleum sales enterprises to establish salesmanagement information system, a detailed analysis of the petroleum sale enterprisesales management system client software development process, hope to other domestic oil sales enterprises to provide some useful ideas.
