At present,IT technology has become an indispensable part of the daily operation,control,decision-making and other links of the power enterprise,which is widening to the main business,small to administrative management,and the application scope of the information system field.With good IT service ability,it can not only improve the business and service level of electric power enterprises,but also shorten the time needed for its update technology to the maximum extent,thus saving resources,reducing cost,increasing profit and realizing the strategy of sustainable development.With the development of the information construction of the national grid and the construction of the global energy Internet,with the continuous deepening and development of the information construction of the power enterprises,the complexity of the system is increasing.How to manage,control and maintain the IT system of the electric power enterprises is one of the main problems that need to be solved.IT service management(ITSM)is an internationally recognized effective method to solve the current management problems.It emphasizes the effective integration with the business needs,pays more attention to the cost and efficiency of the input,and thus improves the efficiency of the work in the management of the accident process and the management process of the service desk.In the ITSM system,in order to maintain the availability of the system application and the reliability of the power equipment,the use of the corresponding IT service management in the power software is focused on the ability to solve the problem by using the ITIL and the whole process of solving the problem so that it can meet similar questions in the future.Questions can analyze themselves,identify problems and solve problems.In this paper,the current situation of IT service management in electric power enterprises is analyzed.At the same time,the questionnaire is used to collect the survey data of the satisfaction of IT service management in electric power enterprises,and the problems of IT service management in electric power enterprises are analyzed with the information of the above two.Then,using the content of IT information management system to optimize the original IT service management system of electric power enterprises,solve the existing problems,improve the efficiency of transmission of information in power enterprises,improve the efficiency of enterprise work,optimize the labor and save the cost of the enterprise.
