As computer technology continues to evolve, the streaming service has becomeone of the most important applications of the Internet.Due to the high requirements ofhardware and software conditions to the H.264embedded streaming media player, thecurrent research is expected to contribute to a better understanding of streamingmedia,video codec technology and embedded technology. Therefore, research design ofnetwork communication, streaming media based on H.264receiver, video decoding,video display, GUI TFT LCD the show features such as embedded streaming mediaplayer is of great significances. Therefore, to achieve high-performance withinlow-power, network protocols consume less system resources, to ensure that the datastream real-time playback, is the main problem of this study.In order to achieve high performance and low power consumptionrequirements,from the aspect of hardware, the current study selected the XscalePXA255architecture to meet the requirements of high performance and low power. Itfocused on and used the embedded cross development environment of the targetplatform. It selected the loading start that is processed by Bootloader system, andsuccessfully transplanted it to the system. It successfully configured the Linux kernel,and completed the root file system. In order to make the network protocol occupiesfewer system resources, this article realized the screaming media system networkprotocol and design the media category class and media queue buffer class.Expoundedthe relations in the system of mutual cooperation.Then combined with video decodingmodule,and take advantage of multithreaded programming,to combine these modulesinto a complete system in accordance with the design of the application framework.inorder to optimize the H.264decoder, the current study focused on the data stream of thereal-time playback. At the same time, in the ARM processor for internal structure on thebasis of the study, the study improved the client in the algorithm, the structure,hence thesystem performance.Finally, the current study designed a testing method to test the function of each module in the embedded platform. The results of testing showed that the system has basical ly realized the network transmission and data stream real-time playback. Besides, because of the high standard of H.264,the network playback performance of the system has been greatly improved and the expected target has been reached.
