Currently now,the sensor data collection of power servo system is mostly wiredcommunications.As the continuous adjustment of the attitude of human motion, thesensor layout and cabling restrictions of the traditional wired communication has somelimitations. The sensor nodes of power servo system using wireless sensor networks areeasily layout, while a large number of nodes can be joined at any time, it can minimizepower consumption and extend the the time of power supply, so that it will be a positiverole to promote power servo system.In this paper,it pointed out the limitations and shortcomings of the existing schemethrough the design and analysis of the power servo system. Based on the characteristicsof wireless sensor network and ZigBee technology, combined with the required practicalapplication of the power servo system,set the design specifications of the sensornodes.According to the force characteristic of human body in the the powersystem,select11parts to deploy EndDevice sensor nodes and four other router nodesand a coordinator node,and then designed the topology of wireless sensor networks inpower servo system and the scheme of hardware and software in wireless sensornetwork of the power servo system.Based on the design specifications,selected the chipstyle, then designed the circuit including the CPU circuit, power supply circuit, clockcircuit, LED circuit, the antenna circuit, IO interface circuit, JTAG interface circuit,serial port circuit.RF capability is an important indicator of the wireless sensor networknode, according to the application of the power servo system, it also designed a PCBantenna with simulation.ZigBee technology is a unified standard of short-range wirelesscommunications technology with low power consumption, low cost, versatility,thefeatures of these advantages makes ZigBee and wireless sensor networks can be thecombined perfectly to provide a new solution for WSN.This paper analied andresearched of ZigBee Stack used in the WSN, the network design is given in detailedsteps, then designed the communication program of the sensor nodes, serialcommunication program and PC monitor program, finally simulated and tested the system.As taking full advantage of low-power sleep mode in the CC2530RF chip,thesystem can be designed to reduce power consumption by selectively sending data, sothat extend the battery life and replacement cycle.This research work accumulated some good practical experiences for WSN toapply in power servo system, and has a certain reference value for the engineeringapplications of WSN technology used in other areas. Finally, the general summary wasgiven and pointed out the future research directions.
