Air Separation Equipment (ASU) is used to generate oxygen, nitrogen and argon,which is widely used in chemical industry. With the development of Yankuang GroupCompany coal chemical industry, Coal Chemical Branch Company ASU is formed withsystem layout, put forward higher requirements on safety and progressiveness,especially on control systems.The safe, reliable, advanced industrial control technology and better control schemeis very important for this design requirement. This paper design and realize the ASUcontrol system of Yankuang Guohong Chemical Limited Company (abbreviationGuohong Company). The main contents include:1. Design Guohong Company ASU control system structure on the discussion ofASU process and control system analyzes hardware configuration, software design andothers.2. Discuss control configuration, monitoring picture configuration, history librarydata sampling and archive configuration technology in detail. Make full use of theHoneywell PKS system C200system function by a series of standard templates; realizethe human-machine interface.3. Research ASU safety operation control technologies from the point of viewcontrol system. Make full use of control system characteristics and functions in thephase of project design, realization and of paper writing, design friendlyhuman-machine interface. Make ASU control function well meet the needs of airseparation production by system design.
