In recent years, the rapid development of science and technology in all fields, the requirementsof materials in cutting-edge technology such as electronic industry and semiconductor industry isvery high. some unique properties of material itself will often depend upon its impurity content, to agreat extent, higher purity of the materials whose properties will also be changed, so requirementsfor the purity of materials in cutting-edge industry is very high.Zone melting technique is an important method of material physical purification, it mainly usesthe differences of impurity concentration when crystals stable melting between the liquid and thesolid to achieve purification. After years of research, zone melting technology has become animportant method for purification of high purity materials. At present, most of the inorganic andorganic compounds can use this technology to remove their impurities and achieve the extraction ofhigh purity.Temperature of the heater is a key factor in zone melting purification device, heating zone needsa constant temperature to make material stable melting into the molten state. This paper studies theprinciple of zone melting technology, designed a constant temperature control system for thepurification device, make the real-time running data parameters of constant temperature system canbe transmitted with PC, and use Labview to designed a virtual instrument control panel which candraw the temperature curve dynamically.Thermostatic system needs to use the appropriate control algorithm, this paper mainly study thecontrol algorithm of PID, due to the changing environment, the heater model of control objec willalso be changed, adaptation capacity of PID algorithm to the change of control object is relativelyweak. Therefore, combination of the fuzzy control theory, we use a control algorithm of PID basedon fuzzy reasoning, the algorithm has strong adaptability, and not sensitive to the change of controlmodel parameters, greatly improving the traditional PID algorithm adaptability and control stabilityand precision.In the last, Designed thermostatic system with low displacement system is loaded into thepurification device, through different speed and different zone on the purification of organicsubstances many times, the experiment results show that the purity of purified organic substance isimproved obviously.
