Research Management System Division And Brigade-level Combat Troops Logistics Information

The division-brigade combat troops are core battle units of information construction of our army. The logistics informatization of division-brigade combat troops is not only the requirement of winning the future wars, but also the necessity of the development of the armed froce. Since the level of logistics informationization in the division-brigade combat troops is very low, this paper aims at improving the level of military logistics management, reducing operatinal costs and enhancing logistics support capability by building the logistics information system for division-brigade troops. Therefore, it will be of great importance to research the logistics information management system for division-brigade troops.The present situation of the military logistics informationization was discussed. The connotation, classification, main parts and the basic flow of the logistics for division-brigade troops was defined. Characteristics of logistics visualization and realization, logistics transportation, storage management, emergency logistics management were analyzed by the author with great care. Meanwhile, models related to route choice, vehicle scheduling, storage cost and emergency supplies storage cost were developed.See from the angle of the demand of logistics information management system for division-brigade combat troops, the prototype frameworh for the division-brigade combat troops logistics information management system was proposecd. Four submodules, transportation management, warehouse management, emergency management and query decision, and related auxiliary function module were developed by the author in order to develop the whole system. Correspondent hardware and software environment are established as well. Detailed analyzations of key techneques, such as the perception, navigation and positioning, network communication and information security are undertaken by the author.Combining using the BeiDou navigation and the RFID system, the author use computer technology, database and communication technology to develop the division-brigade combat troops’logistics information management system. Demonstration and illustration of the system is also carried out. On this basis, the system was developed and preliminary tested. Deficiency and future research are pointed out finally.The system developed in this paper can help the division-brigade combat troops grasp the logistics situation of the forces in peacetime, wartime, military exercises and disaster relief taskes. This system helps the troops to get the ability of controlment, visualization and precision the logistics. Those results achieved in this paper will play an important role to assist division-brigade combat troops establish modern logistics system.
