The Realization And Implementation Of Invoicing Management System Based On The Electronic Commerce Environment

Standardized management, information sharing, operating costs reducing, and theincrease of ability to respond to the market are the key factors for sustainable and rapiddevelopment of enterprises. After decades of year’s development,stocking-selling-storing management system has been accepted and recognized by moreand more enterprises. Many small and medium enterprises have already used it toimprove the internal operation efficiency. In the current context of globalization,information technology applications should be developed towards a deeper level andpromote the integration of inventory management by application of advancedcommunication technologies. As a result, it is necessary to develop astocking-selling-storing management system for the current economic system.Firstly, this thesis gives an in-depth introduction to the subjects of the background,research status, and research tasks. And then develop a set of stocking-selling-storingmanagement system based on e-commerce environment which is consistent with theoperation mode of the existing enterprises. The system using B/S architecture appliesASP as the system development tool and Microsoft SQL Server2000database as abackground environment. The characteristics of the system are listed as follows:Use e-commerce mode to compensate the weakness and establish across-enterprise collaboration system covering the whole process from the procurementof goods, demand forecasting, sales management, inventory management and customerservice.Establish an e-commerce based network which can eliminate the unnecessaryoperations and consuming in the entire network. This network can promote thedevelopment of the stocking-selling-storing management to a dynamic, virtual, globaldirection.Using the core technologies of stocking-selling-storing management, the demandside can project demand automatically. By this process, the enterprise can understandcustomers better and provide them with personalized products and services. Theresources flows on the network are more rational and the inventory is reduced which can improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The operation of the system and test results show that: the system is stable, reliable,easy to operate, convenient and efficient processing of information, which can meet theactual needs of the enterprises.
