With embedded、database and fingerprint identifying rapidly developed, electronicengineering field brought unprecedented opportunities for development. A variety oftechnology applicate in the engineering field comprehensive recently, and greatlyincrease working efficiency.This thesis, base on the requirement of the enterprise, integrated above variety oftechnologies, design and implement a entrance system based on fingerprintidentification. System use thought of modular design, complete fingerprintidentification information collection by the embedded system based on ARM9S3C2410,and complete the server and core information transmission by TCP/IP network, coreserver use database technology manage entrance system data information.Based on the introduction of the system design of background, according toenterprise of the functional requirements of the entrance system and combining with thearchitecture S3C2410ARM9, we design and implement hardware architecture,whichmeet the system function need, and study hardware platform program’s addressarrangement and Linux transplatation. According to the characteristics of the hardwareinterface, we design and implement the fingerprint identification front,which integratefingerprint image capture transfer and other functions, and gives the correspondingaccording to the characteristics of hardware.In the development of software in the paper, we introduces communicationbetween the fingerprint identification front and core server, Then we put forward a kindcommunication protocol based on TCP/IP according to the system’s function need, anddesign and implement the relevant command set and design a entrance systemmanagement software.
