In our country,Modern distance education is at a critical period of development, andto raise the overall focus on the quality of the number of distance education at the sametime continue to develop. The rapid development of information technology, making thelearning styles change, and network learning has advantages beyond the constraints oftime and break through geographical network learning has become mainstream, thestudents can learn anytime, anywhere through this online test learning effect, at thesame time can take advantage of the online sharing of teaching resources to enrich theknowledge, greatly improving the efficiency of learning. Interactive learning platformnetwork teaching, and gradually establish a teaching-learning community, teachingcommunity and collaboration to be strengthened further, in this case, to build an onlineinteractive learning platform for our students is particularly prominent.In this thesis,using the Unified Modeling Language UML analysis and designdescription language, using the Java technology platform architecture, requirementsanalysis and platform design, Vocational interactive learning platform to build a genericinteractive learning platform specific analysis and design students learn sub platform,the teachers course management sub-platform, exam test sub-platform, markingmanagement sub-platform, resource management and maintenance of the sub-platform,user and role management sub-platform functional modules. From the scientificorientation, adjust the structure and layout; innovative quality assurance system toensure the quality of Open and Distance Education perspective Vocational interactivelearning platform design. The platform has been put into use, runs well, good service ofour students, it is a normal classroom teaching supplement.The platform to complete the student’s own learning, student assessment test,teaching management, the role of rights management, platform management functions,to meet the the autonomous learning needs of vocational high school students at thisstage, to reduce teachers’ teaching platform to improve the quality of teaching, amountof vocational colleges teaching management students learn has a good supporting role,there is a certain value and promote the significance.
