The information system is very fragile before disaster. Such as earthquake, fire,network attacks, equipment failures and artificial destroy, may cause a devastatingdamage on information system. Now, data redundancy, dual hot backup and clusteringtechnology is common means. However, these techniques often only solve certain typesof failures, or only can be applied in small-scale environment. So, starting from thetop-level design, researching and developing a comprehensive anti-destroy systems isnecessary.After many years, the information system of Chengdu procuratorial organs has alarger scale. However, data, business and systems still exposed to the risk of failure anddisaster. Faced with this demand, this paper based on the Digital Organisms System,designed the overall structure of system, and given out the design and realization of twokey modules in this system. These work effectively solved the problem of resistance todestruction for data, business and systems. This paper mainly studies content is:1) According to the research results, this thesis given out the overall demand of thesystem, and given out the detailed implementation demand of two modules: NodeFailure Detection and System Structure Recovery.2) According to the organization structure of system nodes, this thesis designed adistributed parallel algorithm to detect node failure. The algorithm has balanced thedetection task and has small detection latency. This thesis given out the internalstructure of Node Failure Detection module, and designed the multi-threadedcollaborative work mechanism.3) According to organize structure of this system, this thesis designed the algorithmto processing node failure, node entering and network failure or recover. Also, theinternal structure and working mechanism of System Structure Recovery module havebeen designed.4) This thesis describes the important data structures and processes in the twomodules. Also, the pseudo code of the important algorithms is described in detail. 5) In the operating environment, this thesis simulated various possible equipmentfailures, server failures and network failures. The test results show that: the system isable to timely detect and handle failure, and can recover work in tens of seconds. So thesystem meets the design demand.
