At present, somecolleges have gradually adopted online-management method as it has graduallycontented demands of different levels and fields for the enterprises and departments torecruit students. In numerous colleges, the employment information management is stillat a low-efficient level. However, the employment information management ZhongshanCollege provides new thinking patterns for graduates.The system used the ASP+ACCESS framework for development relay on theZhongshan College employment information system. The system largely used incomputers and networks for the collection, revision, inquiry, statistics, and deletions forgraduates, which could achieve the transition from the manual operations to simplyautomatic operations, improving the work efficiency and the mistakes due to theoverwhelming tasks. Moreover, since they break through the limitations for the spaceand time enrollment it provides the efficient approaches for students employments.Adopting the online employment information management approaches, the majoritygradates is able to enroll with any places in the required time, which improve themethods for student enrollment for employers.The research purposes are to establish the employment information system ofZhongshan College, to develop the employment management system centered by themodern management information system for the graduates of Zhongshan College, andto achieve computerization of employment management. More specific, by analyzingthe current status of the worldwide for tertiary college students, this essay combined theemployment features of college students. In order to establish the model of employmentinformation system for other schools to set up the similar project with ZhongshanCollege, from the software engineering perspective, we establish a series of employment management information system to fit Zhongshan College.Eventually we designed a homepage for student to find the individual advantagevalue. According to the advantage value, it would be easily to obtain the three industrycodes that is favorable for students and provides the orientation for the employment.The development process of “Target Inquiry of Enterprise Employment” is similar to“the Zhongshan college employment orientation guide”. All of the above functionsconstitute the EODSCS system, which has been applied by the Zhongshan College. Andit will be introduced to other colleges with the proper condition.
