Development And Application Of The Si Mulation System In Live Working

It’s high time to promote live working positively because of the urgent need ofelectricity supply and the conditions of power industry development seriously lagbehind the development of national economy. Therefore, it is indispensable to enhancethe specialized training of live line working. Presently, the training of live working isbased on such ways as follows: training class, seminar, exchange meeting, skillscompetition and training of actual operation and so on. The typical features of liveworking training are high technical requirement, large investment, long training periodand special needs of climatic conditions, training site and tools. Consequently, theexisting training mode and measures of live working cannot meet the actuality. Thesituation must be changed urgently.The following works have been done:(1)Based on a lot of investigation and study of the demands for live workingtraining, the technology self participations operation training simulation for liveworking was proposed which had conspicuous advantages of training cost, trainingefficiency, training safety and so on. As the great supplement of the traditional trainingways of live working, the technology was of significant practical value.(2)The theory, practical experience and correlation data was analyzed about all ofthe available live working of transmission and distribution lines courses and the typicalones was modularized, providing a foothold for the development of the system liveworking operation training simulation.(3)The system of live working operation training simulation for live working wasdeveloped with VC++6.0、 Quest3D and3Dmax8.0, which covered all of therepresentative live working of transmission and distribution lines courses, and itsfunctions included live working Operation Training Simulation, Paper Chase, TrainingManagement, Online Exam, Collaboration, Online Competition and so on.(4)The installation and debugging were finished for live working operation training simulation. The results indicated that the system was stabilized and brought about astriking effect for live working training.
