The Development Of Drug Control Departments Of Public Security Information System

With the developing of "Golden Shield Project", the establishment and improvement of information construction in police system becomes an urgent task to complement. The information work of basic information in police system is the key point in "Golden Shield Project". It serves as a "walking stick" for investigation and the foundation for solving a case. Using information techniques to control drug addicts, drug-related persons, persons with past convictions and some other related persons is a tendency of carrying out anti-drug work and also an effective method to increase the sources of drug case information. Therefore, to perfect the control of drug addicts, drug-related persons, persons with past convictions and some other related persons is the most important task in present anti-drug work.The drug intelligence information system introduced in this paper is based on the data of national and local drug-related persons, persons with past convictions and some other related persons and dependent on the police team work platform and effective techniques to achieve the goal of in-time warning against those people, controlling them, providing valuable information sources for anti-drug work and serving the work against "new-type" of drug related crime.
