Online Requirements Management Platform Of Website Construction For SMES

With the rapid development of the Internet and Information Technology，theinformatization construction of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) isspeeding up in China. The informatization construction of SMEs always starts withbuilding up the enterprise website, which brings a large number of companiesspecialized in this area..But the situation is often very embarrassing because offrequently changing requirements. Given this, this thesis, by analyzing the currentrequirement management and website construction technology in depth, aims to studyand develop the demand management system serving both sides in order to effectivelyacquire and control the website construction requirements of SMEs. This thesisprovides a relatively mature design and implementation strategy of a WebsiteConstruction Requirement Management Platform. Using the On-line RequirementManagement Platform can realize the paperless office, save the time, and improve theefficiency of informatization construction and service.We can avoid the aforementioned problem by strengthened communication andcontract constraint. Therefore, we take the intuitive cost display as the key constraintmethod to help controlling the requirement change effectively. The user can acquire andrecord the customers’ requirements and changes thereof and then give thecorresponding cost feedback in time. This can make transparent the user’s progress andcontrol the requirement change of customer, realizing the effective demandmanagement. This system adopts B/S structure, using PHP programming language,apache server and MySQL database technology.After the design, development and testing, the Website Construction RequirementManagement Platform have been built. This paper focuses on the design andimplementation program of such relatively perfect demand management system. Thissystem aims to strengthen the requirement communication between the SMEs andwebsite service provider, and can avoid the frequent and uncontrolled change inrequirement, therefore greatly improving the efficiency of website construction. It is avery practical system.
