This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant reliability and redundancyoptimization of the basic theory and implementation techniques and other aspects of researchresults of the circuit system reliability, redundancy optimization problems,developed aparticle swarm algorithm in analog circuit analysis and optimization of system reliability inthe application of technology. Given the series-parallel systems, and components of complexsystems reliability and redundancy of the optimal allocation of design. The main contentsinclude:1. Summarizes and analyzes the components and system failure rate distribution function(curve), analysis of system reliability models and solution techniques. Results indicate that:(1)Based virtual simulation technology can simulate the experimental system and the failure ofcomponentse;(2) increase the system or device redundancy is the primary means to improvesystem reliability;(3) based on reliability system design, namely the use of tools designed tooptimize the reliability of components or subsystems and redundant data is important toimprove system reliability design method.2. Study the basic theory of particle swarm algorithm to recognize the global search abilityand the balance between local search algorithm for the success plays a vital role. Circuitsystem reliability optimization problem for the special nature and requirements noted in thisarticle is the optimal integer solution space, PSO algorithm speed and position of the search isin real space, the objective function and constraints to the appropriate processing element canbe resolved device or subsystem reliability (continuous value) and redundant number (integer,discrete values) to optimize allocation of such mixed variable optimization problems.3. Developed the concept of virtual experiments system reliability, reliability analysis andoptimization techniques applied to the system design, the establishment of a reliability-baseddesign and synthesis of system optimization problem mathematical formulation, while thedesign of the system components and subsystem reliability, number of redundancy or failureto make the highest or the lowest cost system reliability. The particle swarm algorithm is applied to system reliability design, research based on particle swarm optimal number ofsystem reliability and redundancy allocation optimization algorithm. A simple series-parallelsystem cost and reliability requirements must be under the constraint of device selection andthe number of redundant devices are optimized, the results with traditional methods ofcomparative analysis of the results shows that PSO algorithm is effective for that type ofproblem of. Given the cost constraints in complex systems reliability and redundancy of thenumber of concurrent optimization results.4. Finally, a summary of the work and prospects for further research.
