Design And Implementation Of Shandong Traditional Industry Integrated Service Platform

That information technology transforms traditional industries is the main content of the informationization of the national economy, the important part to accelerate the informationization to promote industrialization and the important measure to implement the informationization to promote industrialization, and take the new road of industrialization guidelines.Shandong, as the manufacturing province, Shandong Product Type the proportion of traditional industries and value-added products is still no fundamental change. The traditional industry still accounts for more than70%of the entire industrial value, and the proportion of the industrial of high technology, high added value is low, it’s not enough in the use of information technology promotion enterprise competitiveness and development level, the informatization level is not high in the entire process, new product development, marketing and enterprise management, high and new technology, especially information technology talented person is relative scarce and the inputs for IT development is still relatively small.In order to improve the overall quality and competitiveness of traditional industries in our province as soon as possible, we must vigorously promote the information technology to transform traditional industries, to taken pathway of high technological content, low resources consumption, little environmental pollution.This paper, in view of the traditional industry in the information requirements, design and implement the integrated service platform for traditional industries. Platform is designed by service-oriented architecture (SOA), based on the.net multi-layer system framework, using ASP.NET, C#, Ajax, XML and other advanced technology and component technology, using B/S structure mode; while the use of Microsoft WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) is to build an integrated service platform data exchange services, the adoption of SaaS implement application software service model, and MS SQL Server2005is used as the central database.The integrated service platform aims to support the activities of nine industry of Shandong Province to the IT transformation of traditional industries, to provide the industry common services (technical innovation, and management aspects), expert services, training services, supervision services and so on. Through this platform, the results of this paper, to some extent, can support nine industries especially key enterprises to develop information technology transformation activity. And at the same time, provide more accurate data basis for the government’s macro-guidance and management decisions.
