With the development of China’s automobile industry, the original old skid pad can no longer meet the needs of the development of China’s automobile industry. The construction of high level modern skid yards is on the schedule of the major automobile manufacturers and has been begun in the country one after another.The differences between the test roads and ordinary roads are mainly:(1) The ring road of the test road has a higher design speed, bigger road ultra-high angle and the ultra-high cross slope is designed by the curve;(2) Part of the test road surface require a higher flatness or a bigger friction coefficient;(3) Part of the test road surface in addition to the requirements of flatness, there is a special shape need of the road surface, or surface texture requirements;(4) Part of the test road needs the friction coefficient of the road surface is smaller than the ordinary road surface;(5) Part of the test road longitudinal is larger;(6)There is a special need of the materials of the test road surface. How to build a high speed circuit of a skid yard has also become a key to the success of the construction of the test field, and the control system of a high speed circuit has also become a key factor in the construction of a high speed circuit. Developing a practical and reliable high speed circuit construction survey and control system has a significant importance for ensuring the quality and the schedule of the construction of high speed circuit.Intelligent measuring robot is a Intelligent Electronic Total Station which can make auto-target search, track, identify and precise sight targets getting the information about angle, distance, three-dimensional coordinates, as well as images, and can be connected to the computer finishing real-time data exchange and instruction delivery, with the measurement data processing and analysis software can be automated processing of the measurement and data analysis. Measuring robot make it possible to achieve high-speed Ring Road construction control system. In this paper, using the Shanghai General Motors R&D testing center Guangde project as construction instance, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for the analysis and design description language, the Java technology platform architecture, carry on system requirements analysis and system design. On the basis of Measuring robot automatic control information which has been published in China, connecting with the bridge paver construction process needs closely, for a Paving forming high-speed Ring Road Construction, develop a construction control system meeting accuracy requirements of high-speed Ring Road construction.The main problems and key issues which of control systems need to be solved are the digital collection of field measurement data, database management and real-time analysis of construction error. Ultimately, the system should be able to complete the digitization of the field measurement data acquisition, error analysis of the actual location and design of the location, display and transmission the results, providing the positioning foundation for bridge paving machine and the base data. This system not only can be used as the construction of the bridge paver control system, but also can serve as the other three-dimensional surface and flat road construction machinery control systems and the rode acceptance testing tool.
