As the popularization of the digital television system, the service of the broadcast television expands to wideband, video-on-demand, two-way service and so on. The BOSS system in broadcast television system not only should solve such combined business but also need built the service architecture to increase the efficiency of the carriers and customers. Payment system is one of the most important sections in broadcast television service. The extensive increase in the number of the customers brings many problems on the payment system, such as singleness way and wasting time for paying. For solving these problems, combining the BOSS in broadcast television system with the payment system of the banks is a feasible method for customers to pay and recharge.Basing on the BOSS system of Tianjin Broadcast Television, this paper analyzed the actual service demands and the working process of the paying system, and then the paying system was designed by the software and the hardware respectively. The key techniques were discussed in detail and the advantages of the system were put forward. At last, the further works need to improve the paying system were mentioned.The main works in this paper are as follow:1. As the detail demands of the paying system were presented, the principle of building system was proposed firstly. The system structure and the model of the service flow process were built. The logic structure and the physical structure were discussed in detail. We mainly thought about the system extended and maintained features in implementation, the J2EE architecture was used and every layer was designed according to their functions.2. After the structure building, the function modules were designed respectively. The relationships of the modules were analyzed and the interface methods between the modules were proposed. As the same time, the problems, such as the system configuration, data safety and the system stability should be considered.3. After the modules designing, the detail methods were implemented and the testing results were proposed. The key problems of the date structure, coding standards, object model, configuration management were discussed separately.The whole paying system had already passed the test and is used successful in Tianjin Broadcast Television at present. The stable performance of this system not only provides convenience for customers to pay the fees but also reduces the self-cost of the carriers。...
