Police Equipment Management Information System Design And Implementation

Due to the increasing number of police equipment,more and more advanced,brings reform and upgrade.But due to the development of management system cannot keep up with the situation,many units still uses manual records recording equipment information,resulting in the backward management,bring a lot of inconvenience to the development of equipment management,equipment diversification of serious test the efficiency of the management system.According to the present situation of police equipment management,we designed and developed out of a management system,help the unit to carry on the management for the equipment.This design from the actual situation,through the investigation of a unit,to understand the specific needs of users.Used C/S development model,build the software development platform using the three layer architecture,network data transmission using the star type structure,a specific programming language using the Delphi language.This design finally completed the following work:(1)for a unit to the inventory of police equipment situation research,collection and analysis of first-hand information on the management of human resources,the key technologies required for the design,such as Delphi programming,to understand and grasp.We need to build a star network design process,research and use of the network layout.(2)of the demand analysis and system analysis,on software design process with basic information,equipment purchase and scrap,equipment management,maintenance,event reminders,system related function module needs a detailed exposition and analysis,through the use case diagram and flow chart to explain how to implement these functions.Concept design and logical design of database using SQL Server2008,data management functions of each module are perfect.(3)To realize the coding process by block method,focuses on the function to independent manner and method to realize,after the completion of the design using black and white box testing method for function and performance test,on the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing software to correct.This design from reality,unit equipment management staff,general staff can according to the different access related functions,completed a number of police equipment management and other relevant content,using the system of police equipment of integrate scientific and standardized management better help can promote the paperless office,and to reduce the workload of the relevant management personnel and helped to improve the quality and efficiency of the management work of the unit.
