Design And Implementation Of Equipment Management System Based On RFID Technology

With the continuous development of information technology, the country is also proposed to the government departments at all levels and the requirements of the office of information technology. In order to enhance the level of information units and standardized management of the department’s equipment, television recording department proposed to build an efficient device management system. It is described in this paper that how to meet the requirements of the television recording department to build the equipment management system based on RFID. The applications of RFID and barcode technology are done a more detailed study and compared the advantages and disadvantages of both mainstream technology, and then combined with the actual user needs, established research objectives of equipment management system based on RFID technology. In this paper, system design and development process are analyzed, to verify the actual needs of the RFID-based equipment management system can meet the maximum units.In this paper, the application of RFID technology in television equipment management is studied, the main work is as follows:1.Developed background is expounded comprehensively based on RFID equipment management system. Because television production equipment includes a series of work, involving many departments and personnel, need more perfect, efficient, scientific management method. This paper work can improve television equipment utilization, realize the rapid equipment inventory, offer convenient maintenance, improve equipment security level, simplify equipment borrowing process, thus greatly improve equipment management and service level.2.The management system requirement of the television equipment and equipment management system target and solving problems are analyzed. Through the card reading equipment, the system reads the electronic label signal of equipment, connects with database, acquires equipment information, and manages the corresponding equipment.3. The television equipment management system is designed based on RFID technology. Management system is divided into service platform, working platform and management platform. Based on system technology structure design, system modeling and system database design to realize the equipment management, circulation management and equipment safety monitoring, etc.4.Through the equipment management system design, partial module is programming realized. System using modularization design, the function module and display module is separated, The interface layer using plug-in system architecture, stratified realize the module function.
