Nowadays, the information system of the air defense department of Jiangxi Province is simply structured, old-fashionedly equipped, weakly secured and frequently failed. In a word, it cannot meet the needs of the development of the air force defense under the new situation. This thesis intends to find solutions to those problems and proposes the design plan for of Data Network Upgrade for Jiangxi Civil Air Defense Command Department.This thesis firstly analyzes the current situation and defects of the data network of Jiangxi Civil Air Defense Command Department; then introduces the new techniques and technical features in the upgrade proposal, for example, Cluster、 Stack Switch、OFPF、BFD、FRR, base on which, the thesis proposes a specific upgrade plan. The program first determines the specific object for upgrade, details of the upgrade requirements and construction steps. This system is divided into three parts, namely, classified network, air defense and command network and government work network. The thesis has made a detailed structure design to meet different needs of those three networks and also provides a topology map. After that, the thesis introduces the plan and design for the IP,VLAN design, routing choice, high security and high practicality and so on. At last, the thesis provides specific equipment and also some parameters for it.This program meets the needs for the practical work of aid defense and command and it can also solve the problems and weaknesses of the current system, which will be able to meet the demands in next few years.
