| Instantaneous heavy current pulse technology, as one of pulse power techniques,is widely applied to various research areas. For example, in the areas of low-voltageapparatus, various characteristics tests of heavy-current components needinstantaneous heavy current as test current; in the areas of materials science,instantaneous heavy current pulse can improve the hardness and strengthcharacteristics of metallic materials.This paper mainly studies the basic principles of the instantaneous heavy currentpulse system, proposes an framework and solution of the RLC charge and dischargesystem based on STM32F103, illuminates the detailed hardware and softwere designof the system. The main research work of this paper includes:First of all, this paper introduces the research background and significance of hesystem of instantaneous heavy current pulse, analyzes the domestic and foreignresearches, and illustrates a solution of the RLC charge and discharge system basedon STM32F103.Secondly, the structure, working principle, basic characteristic, parameters andrequirements of selecting power semiconductor devices are described in detail.Thirdly, this paper focuses on designing the hardware and software of the instantaneous heavy current pulse system. The system consists of the main circuit,driver detection circuit and control circuit. Therefore the structure and workingprinciple of the circuits are described in detail. The process of software design andimplementation of functional module are also analyzed in detail.Finally, this paper illuminates the installation and debugging process of theentire system, analyzed the experimental results, and summarizes the systemdeficiencies that need improvement. |
