The Student's Dormitory Management System Analysis And Design

With the constant expansion of the college entrance, college students are growing year by year. The difficulty and pressure of student management is increasing. Currently, most colleges and universities have achieved the systematic management of the Student, however, the dormitory management is the the dormitory administrator artificial management. Jiangxi Yuzhou science and technology college is in such a situation. The majority of dormitory management on dorm staff manual and registration, For example, the foreign staff out of registration, student access to registration, student discipline, grade of warranty registration and so on. In the normal work,they are taken with manual operation manner, cumbersome and heavy workload, consume a large amount of manpower, material and financial resources, the universities and countries caused huge losses. Therefore, the need for a system related to the management of dormitory work, so as to dispose of dormitory management. This paper based on this background, design and development.According to the student dormitory management for the Jiangxi Yuzhou science and technology college and the actual situation of college dormitory, the following aspects are studied and discussed.First,analysis of Jiangxi Yuzhou science and technology college students hostel management related transaction and main work.Second, according to the actual work requirements, combined with the using demand design for college and students about dormitory management system requirements. Third, using the software engineering analysis and design method, combined with ASP.NET technology and development tools of the system detailed design. Student dormitory management system reduced the workload of managers and improved work efficiency,which was beneficial to improve the management level of the school dormitory. This system for managers provided reliable basis for the management and had great utility value and market value. This paper analysed and designed the system, still need to continue to complete the system development and perfection. Because of the limited personal level, there are still some deficiencies and the need to improve the place, still need to be perfect.
