Economic Management Of Yunnan Vocational College Educational Administration Management Information System Analysis And Design

With the rapid development of computer technology and the arrival of network era, we have already entered the digital era, in which Yunnan College of Business Management is facing enormous challenges from various management aspects. Especially along with the scale of vocational education expanding, a college must establish a suitable information management system to organize internal activities in a highly effective way if it wants to survive.This paper focuses on the research, analysis, design in view of the demand of Yunnan College of Business Management’s teaching administration. Started from the rationale and the design method of the teaching affairs management information system, the thesis discusses the present situation, the concept and the developing process of the management information system domestic and abroad. The thesis studies the functional characteristics of educational administration management information system and discusses the exploitation method of management information system.lt analyzes the functionalal and systematic need of educational administration management including the operation flow and the descripition of the structure and function, the writer tries to offer a total frame design including every subsystems’detailed design and the design of the relevant data base. Started from the functional module of the system, it describes the realization and application of these various functions including the realized menu, operation interface and the exact operation methods.Developing this management system can not only reduce staff’s pressure to systematically manage the service and information, but also decrease the use of labor, accelerate inquiry speed and improve management.
