With the arrival of economic globalization and the times of informational world, people’s daily lives, work andlearning have become increasingly dependent on computers. Computer and its technology have become the key tothe promotion of productivity and socio-economic development. Also a higher demand on computer has beenproposed in vocational education and teaching. It is necessary for vocational school to train objectives and continuallyto explore and discover new teaching methods according to the subjects’ characteristics with computer. Then it cansatisfy the needs of the high-quality laborers and the skilled manpower. Fundamentals of Computer Application is asubject of high practical tool, not only ask the students to have high computer literacy and proficient operating skills,but also ask the students can transfer what learned on class to real lives and study consciously, therefore, the studentsmake the change from knowledge to ability. It can be described that the teachers teach for transfer and the studentsstudy for transfer. This study is aimed at discussing the problem of Vocational Education Fundamentals of ComputerApplicationMigrationTeachingStrategyandthecultivationofstudents’migrationability.Through reading and a lot of documents, first, I analyze the current situation of the domestic and internationaltransfer learning, and based on the concepts and theories of learning transfer, I expound the influencing factors oflearning transfer in this paper, in order to supply the theoretical direction for the proposal of basic computer migrationteaching strategies and the promotion of experimental learning. Secondly, I make a questionnaire survey for thesophomoreoftwovocationalschools inYingkou,atthe sametime Imake aninterviewtosome professionalteachersand I understand the current situation of the basic course of teaching and learning of computer applications. Third,starting from the results of surveys and interviews, combined with the day-to-day teaching experience, this paperproposed the migration teaching strategy of functional computer application as the basis for carrying out the migrationteaching. Finally, I select two parallel classes in Grade One of our school to carry out the equivalent group migrationteaching experiments, and according to the score result mean variance test and the means of questionnaire survey, I make a demonstration for the pre-migration teaching strategies. The experimental results show that it is feasible andpractical to carry out the migration teaching strategy in vocational basic teaching of Functional ComputerApplications.Thecultivatingofstudent’smigrationability,asthestartingpointofthisstudy,isnotonlyagoodreferencefortheother subjects migration teaching, but also can develop and promote the teaching contents of Fundamentals ofComputer Application, instructional activity and the recombination of learning resource. This study, to some extent,promotedtheteachers’quality,thestudents’studyandthedevelopmentofeducationalreform.
