With the completion of reorganization of telecommunications, the issue of3G licenses and the construction of networks, a new round of telecom competition is coming. The increasing competition, the satisfaction for the use of network is high demanded, which require operators to continuously improve service quality, optimize wireless network to reduce complaints. Under this circumstances, in order to guarantee the quality of the wireless network as well as combining with the optimization of current network monitoring needs, we develop intelligent network monitoring system to enable real-time monitor communication quality, the system also provides strong scientific basis for the wireless network optimization staff.In many communication control situations, the traditional schemes are road test, cable or radio communications monitoring, but they are relatively isolated monitoring means, at the same time requires the operators to build and maintain the customized communication network which are high investment and maintenance costs. Recently, on one hand, with the development of RF technology and integrated circuits, the implementation of wireless communication becomes easier, data transmit rate is also faster, as well as stronger ability to anti-interference. On the other hand, due to the short-range wireless data transmission technology is mature, wireless data terminal becomes lower power, easier to carry and use, so the development of a monitoring system for intelligent wireless communication is feasible, also necessary.This paper analyzes the principle and application of CDMA20001X wireless communication system, on basis of which a mobile communication terminal of the new network monitoring scheme is proposed. The system terminal uses high-speed, low-power AVR microcontroller as the control chip, EM200as a wireless transceiver module, MT8870as a DTMF decoder chip. MCU adopts SPI interface to perform two-way communication, SPI supports high-speed data transmission, so as to meet the bandwidth requirements of radio frequency. EM200and audio decoder chip MT8870send DTMF code to each other to monitor the CDMA circuit if it has a single pass or circuit block phenomenon. Through sending short messages or making a call to SIM card which is connected with EM200, we can also check the field intensity of CDMA and network real-time conditions. The system terminal through the wireless network parts to transmit the corresponding information to the monitoring center for operators to improve the wireless network indicator. On this basis, this paper conducts both design and debug of the hardware and software, the experiment results show the proposition is reasonable, and achieve the desired goals.
