As one kind of magneto-dependent sensor, Hall sensor can be used to test the magneticfield and its change, as well as in many aspects connected with the magnetic field. Nowadays,Hall sensor has been utilized in many areas such as industry, transportation and daily life.Based on Hall Effect and satellites’ application in our country, this paper has developed Halldigital control device, which supplied supervising method to satellites’ distribution controlsystem. Hall digital control device monitored power line, short circuit and break, so thesatellites can make independent decision to realize the power distribution re-arrangement.At the very beginning, the thesis briefly introduced the background, development andvalue of Hall sensor technology.The thesis has analyzed the restraint of offset voltage andreliability of Hall element. Through establishing mathematical model, the paper has simulatedmagnetic compensation Hall sensor’s design. The author paid special attention on keytechniques concerning Hall digital control device and satellites system.In order to develop the relicbility and safety of satellites system, Hall sensor introducedHall Effect, used non-contact acquisition, and realized the satellites’ automatic recognition,which was different from the solid state power cntroller.Employing hybrid intergraded method,Hall digital control device has assembled remote measurement element, power element, drivecircuit and chip on one ceramic wafer. By doing this, designers can realize the miniaturization,generalization and integration. The paper also has conducted circuit design and simulationtesting.
