The safety function test of charging equipment can guarantee personal andproperty security, is also one of the important factors to judge the practicality andsafety of equipment, the test has important significance in daily life. This paper beginswith the charging equipment safety concept and the main function of the test method,puts forward the charging devices connected detection, flow and leakage detectionprinciple, and analysis to identify a few difficulties: for the acquisition of the signalprocessing by mutual inductor and the acquisition module amplification of erroranalysis. And then briefly introduced the embedded system based on single chip designmethod and process. Through different circuit analysis and comparison of the scheme,combined with the embedded system design concept, the paper puts forward a kind ofthe PIC microcontroller as the core digital security function detection system chargingdevices.Hardware, this paper discusses the function of safety inspection system modulesby functional division, especially the flow testing and leakage detection. Software,gives the system software flow chart, combined with hardware, details of the functionmodule driver writers were discussed, and the AD detection and produced PWM codediscussed in particular. Finally, design the printed circuit board and assembly into themachine, debug the detection system in module and in all, and put forward suggestionsto improve the system. The results show that the system improves the data processingand testing precision greatly, simple operation, test cycle is short, high efficiency, goodstability, high practical value and promotion prospects.
