With the rapid development of low-end mobile phone market, many companieslaunched low-end mobile platforms, the ULC3platform from Infineon is one of thebest. It is widely praised for low-cost, multi-features and highly integration. It’s urgentto design a convenient,efficient and high capacity contacts for this platform to followthe market trend.This paper studies the design and implementation of the contacts based on ULC3platform. This paper firstly describes the ULC3platform, and analysis the softwarearchitecture in detail; then design and realize the contacts based on a rigorous needsanalysis and system design. The primarily design implements the boot loader, create,browse, edit and other modules of the contacts. Some problems(such as slow batchprocessing) caused by increasing the capacity of contacts are also analyzed, andproposed solutions to that are available in this paper.Lots of rigorous tests indicate: the contacts based on ULC3platform is stable,effective, high capacity and UI-friendly.
