With the development of China’s manned space and observation to earth, the existing measurement and control system only with single function, independent can not meet the developing needs, and urgently need an effective way to achieve comprehensive management, transmission and utilization to information. Based on the requirements above, China is building a sky-earth integrated TT&C network which can long-distance and real-time monitor and control global control and measure terminals. While its difficulty and hot spots is routing protocol design in the entire network protocol architecture. Therefore, this research is to complete the sky-earth integrated TT&C network’s routing protocol design.Firstly, based on the characteristics of the sky-earth integrated TT&C network, this research proposes routing protocol design requirements, and summarily proposes integrated routing design methods, combining with improved distance vector routing algorithm to achieve the integration of routing tree protocol design. Finally, with OPNET it makes performance evaluation to integrated routing tree protocol.After tests, the result shows that the integration routing tree protocol of the thesis can meet the requirements of earth integrated TT&C network for routing protocols, and have a good performance on improving the quality of the network communications and resource conservation and other aspects.
