Research On Industry&Comerce Administration’s Mobile Official Platform Based On3rd Generation Network And MPLS-VPN Technology

As the development of the3rd Generation wireless network technology and the popularity of internet, virtual private networking technology related to MPLS has been widely used. Because of its high reliability and security, a strong management ability, the Quos guaranteed, and the flexible control strategies and scalability, MPLS-VPN, based on the MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) technology, has become the first solution in the construction of a large electronic government affair network application platform. MPLS-VPN can utilize the extensive and strong transport capacity of public backbone network to reduce the construction and using costs for business or organization, which greatly improve the flexibility of network operation and management, and at the same time, satisfy the users for information transport security, real-time and convenience.This paper studied the issue of combination of the3rd Generation and the MPLS-VPN technology. It aimed at creating a mobile office network environment to accomplish real operation on Business Administrative Mobile Office in Guizhou province. Firstly, through a feasible analysis on construction of the Business Administrative Mobile Office, this paper pointed out the great significance of establishing all kinds of requirement of this platform. Secondly, on the basis of the requirements analysis, the author of this thesis accomplished overall planning and detailed design, and tabled the network infrastructure, route and security proposal and the specific implementation of the means and methods. Then taking GuiYang city as an example, this paper focused on several areas to test and validate its stability and practicality.In accordance with the guiding ideology of "Digital GuiZhou" development, relying on3rd Generation networks and MPLS-VPN technology, the "mobile office" platform greatly simplified the cumbersome and inconveniences of industry and commerce administrative management and inspections in the daily work during the periods of the research and the implementation of this subject. Based on adequate analysis in theory of the MPLS-VPN technology, it provided design approaches and implementation procedures of mobile office network platform, which would make a practical difference to the construction of other areas of the mobile office network platforms in Guizhou province.
