| Siemens automation products has been further applied to various industries,especially in the water treatment industry is more widely applied, including aprogrammable logic controller (PLC), field bus, HMI and low voltage products and soon.In this paper,Based on PLC and field bus control system is fully discussed andexplained, and especially deep on Siemens S7-300and ProfiBus field bus is discussedfirstly. Then a brief analysis of the domestic sewage treatment industry technology andautomatic control demand, from the integrated automation control system integrity,reliability, open and extensible aspects, a comparative analysis of DCS, field bus,industrial Ethernet industrial applications such as network connection, based onSiemens PLC technology, by Siemens automation products constitute the sewagetreatment control system.This article unifies the Shaanxi Ansai county sewage treatment plant sewagetreatment project design, based on a set of Siemens PLC technology automatic controlsystem of sewage treatment, including the site of the PLC program, ProfiBus field buscontrol system, computer control system and the communication between them. Thepaper introduces two system hardware configuration and software realization.The project site control system is used in the German SIEMENS company’s S7-300series315-2DP PLC as master station, distributed I/O ET200M from the station,consisting of ProfiBus-DP bus control system. Application of matched with the STEP7programming software, through the LAD ladder diagram programming language in acompiled field PLC control procedures, so that the sewage treatment system accordingto the technical requirements and complete the automatic control.Selection of stable performance, good performance of anti interference ofindustrial computer as upper machine. Used SIEMENS’s WinCC configuration softwareon the PC monitor function configuration, design process, recording, alarming, reportquery, parameter setting and operation screen, realizing field equipment monitoring. |
