Design And Implementation Of Shaanxi State Tax’s Electronic Operation And Maintenance System Based On ITIL

Along with the fast development of Shaanxi state taxation informationization, it is more and more important to operating and maintaining the information system. However, It does have many problems in this way of work:traceless of failure, inefficacy collection of history information of frequency, type, solution and situation of failure. Therefore, building a data centralized and preferable operating and maintenance system become urgent.The design and implementation of this system are presented in this paper. Firstly, we introduce the focus of the ITIL theory, do some in-depth research for state industry design based on ITSM。 Project requirements and system model are obtained through the analysis and study of the objectives. Then, based on the deeply research of related techniques, we established the development environment, development tools and languages. With workflow technique, the main function modules are implemented. And after the test of the system, effectivity has been proved.The system uses the MVC pattern which safeguarded the system stability, the probability and the reusability. The system uses the workflow technology, which make the flow of operating and maintenance more scientific, the cooperation between departments more effective, and the cost more low. This system fulfills the requirements of operating and maintenance of Shaanxi state taxation.At present, this system has started trial operation, Fully able to meet the current tax system operation and maintenance requirements of electronic, However, the contents of the system are too complex, so there are some inadequaciesduring thedevelopping and designing period。For high-volume data access, Web Server and Database Server load moderate, But with the pressure gradually increased, the system performance reduced, need to continue to optimize the hardware and software。...
