F300and SF are MES systems developed by a large semiconductor equipmentsupplier of the United States, which provide a set of solutions for the automatedproduction management of semiconductor manufacturing. In the current time, it isparticularly important to grasp real-time data on the assembly line for largesemiconductor producers. This paper provides a real-time data acquisition modulescheme, on the basis of analysis of the structure and function of MES system.MES, short for manufacturing execution system, must provide the function ofreal-time data collection during the process of producing, and make correspondinganalysis and processing.and storage the data which are useful into database.Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) is a set of applications developmentinterfaces of data communication developed by the Microsoft, and is a part of the.netframework, using the service-oriented architecture. On the actual factory assembly line,it is necessary to coordinate communication between different modules and differentequipments, therefore the SF system uses a WCF framework.This paper emphatically elaborates the importance of the data acquisition modulein the MES system, and through the analysis of the actual project and the research onthe WCF framework, the paper categorizes the data acquisition module into dataacquisition function module, data processing function module and data displayfunction module. The data acquisition module is located in the Service port of the WCFframework, in charge of monitoring the assembly line and providing real-time dataacquisition and storage functions. The data processing and display function modulesare located in the Client port, using the MVP designing patterns, which helps realizinggrasping data from the database and processing the data, and then represent the result ina friendly way to the users.
