Design And Implementation Of Radio Direction-finding And Positioning Sub-System In Radio Monitoring System

With the improvement of living standards of people, radio services are widely used in many aspects of people’s living. At the same time an increasing number of wireless electronic equipments and radio stations are put in use. Therefore nowadays electromagnetic spectrum becomes more deficient. Deterioration of the electromagnetic environments appears. Interference on radio spectrum increases. In order to manage radio spectrum resource effectively, it is important to develop a system that manage the use of radio spectrum. The system has many features include that monitoring, statistical analysis, direction finding and locating of radio signal. With these features, the system is a practical and effective basis that can support the management of radio, such as the assignment of radio spectrum and the investigation of the deterioration of radio. It can also support the scientific planning of application of radio spectrum.This paper focuses on the design and realization of radio direction-finding and positioning sub-system in radio monitoring system. At the first, it describes basic functional requirements of the system. By analyzing the requirements accurately, this paper presents the architecture of the system which is design of the entire system. Then related theory and data acquisition and processing on radio direction-finding and positioning are studied in this paper. On the basis of above, this paper focuses on the analysis, design and realization of the feature on radio direction-finding and positioning. With the other features in the radio monitoring system, the system can work smoothly. It meets all the needs in the reality requirements.
