The Project Of Regional Radio Monitoring And Direction Finding System

Radio resource is the important base for information transferring and exchanging. Strengthening radio management and ensuring radio information transfer timely, fleetly, safely and reliably, that is important to accelerate economy development, consolidate national defence and unblock military command. Radio monitoring is an important mission for radio management. High-speed, high-performance and roboticized monitoring and direction finding system is necessary request for radio frequence management and information war. Software radio is one of the best resolusion.The complete design of the regional radio monitoring and direction finding system is presented in this thesis. The system includes the following sub-system: radio monitoring center, fixation station, mobile station, portable station. In the same time, the designed system is based on user's contract, the future development of radio monitoring technology and practicality of the application system. Finally, the system is accomplished based on software radio technology.The system's function, component, child-device 's mechanism are introduced in the paper. In the meantime, the whole design process is described in detail, it includes the hardware components, software functions, software structure, and software interfacial design.The principle, algorithm and implementation on the key technology for the system are also discussed here.Finally, one practical application system is present.
