With the constant development of social economy as well as the continuous expansion of the urban construction,radio engineering has been widely used in the modern society.However,in the meantime,the contradiction between spectrum resources supply and its demand has become increasingly prominent,meanwhile,the severe radio interferences on civil aviation,railways,public communications and radio and television has become more common.The existing monitoring system cannot be able to meet the needs in such tasks as radio interference inspection,data collection,special monitoring and so on.The entire radio monitoring system turns out to be quite limited and inefficient in terms of its inspection region,frequency and time domain,which in turn has adverse impact on further development and construction of radio industry.Based on the Radio Monitoring System Construction Project of Gansu Province,which constitutes a part of Gansu radio management's“13thFive-Year Plan”,the present study aims to solve the problems in the practice of radio monitoring and further improve construction of mobile radio monitoring system.By taking into consideration the construction of radio monitoring stations in Gansu Province and the requirements in monitoring tasks,as well as exploring the existing equipments and technical conditions,the author in the present study endeavored to design a radio mobile monitoring system,finally by the field test and the result study proved that the design can meet the requirements in the daily radio monitoring tasks.In this thesis,the author firstly give a brief introduction to the contents,objectives,reason and meaning of the study and share some current domestic and overseas practice on radio monitoring,so as to come up with a general picture of the current situation of the radio monitoring system,problems to be solved,as well as its needs in terms of function and performance.Secondly,the mobile radio monitoring system architecture and wireless radio direction finding technology are studied and introduced.The study focuses on the research of the interferometer method used in the radio monitoring system.On this basis,the causes that lead to errors and vagueness in the process of direction finding were analyzed and verified by the relevant experiments.Then,the selection and modification of the load monitoring system,the selection of the monitoring equipment,the system power supply design,the vehicle alignment and the integration of the entire system were further designed and studied.Finally,the field test and the normal working environment test on the vehicles,as well as the accuracy in direction finding were conducted,the statistical results of which were analyzed and proved to be in line with the technical standards and thus could meet the ultimate goal as proposed in the design.As an important technical means in the radio monitoring,the radio mobile monitoring system's direction finding function in mobile monitoring bears a higher precision in the measurement of the radiation source's azimuthangle accurately and it can help to improve the efficacy in the practice of radio monitoring.Based on an investigation on the relevant interferometer direction finding methods,the whole system were optimized and corrected,reduced means of errors are given which in turn have reduced the errors in the direction finding,improved the system's direction finding accuracy and sensitivity,and thus promoted its integrated performance in engineering application.
