Design And Implementation Of Individual Housing Loan Approval System Based On Workflow And Content Management

Along with the development of bank information system construction, the issuesrelated to the storage and processing of constructed data have been gradually resolvedthrough database technology, however, how to acquire and manage the non-structuredcontent and utilize it effectively in different information systems, and how to respondto and provide the solid techinical support to the new business and new procedures inthe development of banking area timely and effectively are the main obstacles in theimprovement of banking informatization level in the next stage.In this thesis, we studied and analyzed the basic principles of the contentmanagement and the workflow based on the file management and approving procedureapproval in the business of individual housing loan. And by studing and analysing thekey technologies thoroughly, a workable techinical solution is achieved to theindividual housing loan files management and approving procedure based on workflow and content. Finally, based on the industry-leading IBM Filenet enterprise contentmanagement platform, by utilizing its content management, images and workflowtechnologies, the business property files and documenting propertt files are combinedand stored in the massive content library. Therefore the electronization of theindividual housing loan contract management is implemented; approving theindividual housing loan in all different places remotely, instantaneously could beachieved through integrating of the date information and image documents and passingit through different work stations by means of concept of the process engine. Testresult shows that the system design is practicable and effective, which meets thebusiness requirement, resolves the issues existing in the current individual housingloan approving and makes significant exploration in the management and applicationof non-structured data.
