In The Optical Fiber Access Network Qos Guarantee And Service Differentiation

With development of Technology, Internet is world widely used and is changing everyone’s daily life. Meanwhile the requirement of internet stays not only in single way. Today, the trend of telecom supplier is offering more and more kinds of service to customer in one package such as we can simultaneously enjoying Voice telephone, IPTV, Internet surfing all in one access service. PON(passive optical network) is the main solving method in access network for triple-play tech. GPON (Gigabit PON) as one of PON is discusses here and GPON QoS is the key point of a more reliable network. In GPON QoS, upstream/downstream servdiff, queueing, bandwidth management are mainly discussed and designed. Moreover, the QoS structure designed in the paper are using some new tech for QoS such as bandwidth policing algorithm TrTCM with queue control algorithm WRED, and queue schedule algorithm SP+WRR which all make the QoS system more effective. Meanwhile GPON QoS will be further researched which is the guarantee of the GPON credibility service.
