Most of the restaurants which provide takeaway service aremiddle or small size, their reputation go down and become to have poor businessbecause they can’t meet their customers’ satisfaction. Therefore, it’s very important tohelp these restaurants improve their takeaway service efficiency."Scenario" is to describe a series of the future situation and development process,this article mainly use scenario to analysis several restaurants takeaway service. Thisarticle divides the restaurants into3categories through researching their currentsituation of takeaway service, then picks out the restaurants which have the mostpain points and summarize the main problems in current work flow, suppose anddescribe the scenario of using the new solution in the future. Based on the oldworking model, the administrator can not track orders outside, or quickly assigntasks to the takeaway men, or quickly solve the customer urge problem. All theproblems are due to not only low positivity of takeaway men, but also the defectiveways to communication between the two sides. With the rapid development ofinformation technology, there are online order tools and orders management tools,however the takeaway men have no tool to share information, no real timecommunication leads to the poor efficiency. Therefore, the main point is to designfor takeaway men’s mobile application which can help them achieve their goalsefficiently with the simplest behaviors. In order to make the whole process morecomplete, the order management tool will also be optimized, reduce the feedbacktime, just provide the most useful information on the screen, try to design with someencourage approaches.
