In the context of the Internet of things,mobile intelligent equipment,wireless communication and Internet technology have developed rapidly.Mobile devices have strong capability of sensing,computing and information transmission.Based on that,combined with crowdsourcing,it can attract mobile users to sensing the physical world with mobile devices,and accomplish the new sensing mode of large-scale complex sensing tasks,which is called mobile crowd sensing.The sensing task requires mobile users to participate in the process.In the process of participation,it will consume the resources of the mobile devices and even cause the privacy disclosure of mobile users.Mobile users tend to be rational and profit,so do not want to participate in free of charge sensing task,which lead to the sensing task could not be completed.In addition,the participation of some malicious mobile users will cause a negative impact on the sensing task and produce a waste of resources.Therefore,reasonable incentive and punishment mechanism for mobile crowd sensing is crucial.In this thesis,the research on incentive and punishment mechanism in mobile crowd sensing is mainly carried out in the following four aspects:(1)Using Location-based Social Network(LBSN)data to analyze mobile population characteristics.Establish the sensing task model combined with the mobile population,the mobile crowd sensing process is divided into two main stages:participants recruited stage and sensing stage,and establish a framework of stage type incentive and punishment mechanism of mobile crowd sensing.(2)In the participant recruited stage,through sensing task assessment,analyze the time heat and sensing point heat of sensing task,calculate the payment incentive coefficient,design a game model based on Stackelberg game,the participants were recruited through the interactive game.Finally,a series of simulation experiments are performed to verify the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism.(3)In the sensing stage,the utility of the sensing data is introduced.Considering the temporal correlation of the data,correlation distance calculation method,put forward the concept of task direction information and its calculation method,design the sensing data utility algorithm and interactive process,and through the simulation experiment to verify the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism.(4)After the sensing task,calculate the payment base on the pay incentive coefficient and sensing data utility,and using the data utility to screen the winner;at the same time,using the data utility to accumulate the participant's reputation,introduced punishment strategy,and a punishment mechanism of malicious participants is designed.Finally,experimental data shows that the reputation accumulation and punishment mechanism can reduce the waste of payment costs caused by malicious participants.
